Elizabeth Kirk, director of the Center for Law and the Human Person at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Catholic Law), provided testimony to the Pennsylvania State House Judiciary Committee regarding House Bill 1888, a constitutional amendment to establish a fundamental right to “personal reproductive liberty” in the Commonwealth. Kirk was also quoted by Pittsburgh’s KDKA News in its article about the Committee’s hearing.
