    Regulatory Affairs Attorney, National Automobile Dealers Association

    Lance Casimir is currently a regulatory affairs attorney at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). At NADA, he advocates for the interests of dealers and their customers before federal regulatory agencies and in court and educates dealers on how regulatory actions and policies affect their daily operations. He helps shape the complex federal rules impacting franchised dealers in areas such as labor and employment, international trade and tariffs, environment and vehicle emissions, vehicle safety and technology, among others. He previously served as an attorney advisor for a commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He received his Bachelor of Philosophy degree from The Catholic University of America and his law degree from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. After law school, he married his wife, Morgan, and they have four young kids. Lance also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Catholic University of America and the Board of Directors for St. Mary’s Ryken High School in Leonardtown, Maryland.
